After first fill which was a little while after delivery, tank leaked around upper tap brass fitting due to poor seal between brass fitting & polymer wall. It is only a slow leak that I eventually sealed with many layers of silicone but tanks shouldn't leak from new. - 19/09/2020

Picked them initially because they are a Brisbane business (local tanks!) and they had one that was the biggest I could find that would fit using access under my house. It's a well made tank. The fittings it comes with are top quality. Delivery driver was a great bloke (moved from Dalby if you are able to thank him) who got it off the truck and helped me move it under the house where I installed it. Jim ThompsonDifficult deliveries made daily but impossible ones may take a little longer!Already owning a trouble free Q Tank, when we wanted to collect more rainwater we consulted Q Tank first because it would involve a very difficult delivery. The 12000L 3M diameter tank had to be lifted 2.5M over a fence and rolled down a steeply sloping dirt track just under 1.5M wide. Should the tank roll off the track there was nothing to stop it bouncing down our land, over the bottom fence and damaging adjoining properties.Well QT's most experieced crane truck driver inspected the site and said it could be done safely and, with some heavy ropes, a long ali extension ladder and help from three colleagues, that's just what happened!Our bill was just the standard tank and delivery charge plus $33 for an extra driver.We are just so impressedBaron & Mayumi ThompsonCashmere 2/10/2019 - 19/11/2019

We were getting increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service and poor response time as we had to work to a schedule for the sale of the property. We advised our client that we were having difficulties with the supplier and we would recommend using QTank instead as we have used them before and they were great. Our Client agreed and QTank didn't disappoint. They were extremely prompt, professional and were well versed with knowledge on covenant law (which is why the tank was required prior to sale). Toby was amazing to deal with and had the tank in production the same day of our initial call. They also have the shortest lead time with the tank ready for delivery 11 days after the order was placed. QTank will be our go to recommendation first time everytime. (We received the tanks in different years) The tanks comply to ASA Standards 4766, the quality is excellent. Put great communicating people together with a great product, it doesn't get any better than that.
