Remotely ordered three tanks over the phone with a no problems approach from the sales team.Even the manager answers the phone. While waiting for delivery the production team kept me informed of the delivery dates. And for delivery to a difficult location, Damon is "The Man". Will be back for another 3 later in the year. We found the staff at QTank a credit to the business. Right from the start and initial quote I found Barney to be extremely knowledgeable and he couldn't do enough for me. We ordered a 30000ltr tank and included a fire fighting outlet. This tank is about half a metre higher than the existing tank I was connecting to so it was put behind the Nd a wall. This tank is the largest produced by the company and just fit under the rail bridge into town which had a clearance of 4.6m. When the tank arrived I had a excavator on site to pick it up and move into position. The delivery driver was fantastic and had all the lifting gear to allow the transport of tank into position. The driver had a number of other deliveries that day but was extremely helpful and assisted with the movement into position. Overall I would place this company and its staff in my basket with best Australian businesses I have dealt with.

Qtank recently came out to inspect an issue with our tank, and although it turned out to be something else, they were incredibly thorough throughout the process. Special thanks to Matthew, who was friendly, prompt, and very professional. The team was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish, and the tanks themselves are excellent quality. Highly recommend Qtank for both their products and customer service.

EXCELLENT service, communication and products from Q Tank. Very impressed with Yorke and the delivery driver who was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't get the pad concreted in time due to the weather (of course it rained prior to their delivery!!) All is well and now in place. We couldn't recommend Q Tank highly enough. Great service, prompt delivery that fit in with our availability, and had all the necessary parts, the tank was colour coded and we had communication about where we needed the overflow and ball valve located to fit in with our existing tanks and piping. Had a small issue and sent an email to have it fixed, the part was sent directly with no further questions. Definitely recommend QTank.
