From the very beginning of our enquiry to final delivery, our experience with Qtank was excellent. Ordering was easy and communication was prompt. All information was included and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process. Delivery was scheduled in good time and again was communicated clearly, indicating who would be delivering and when we could expect a call from the driver.The delivery team arrived exactly on time and were fantastic - we had a small issue with the clearance needed for the tank space (it was going to be tight) and they handled the complication with ease and confidence. The tank fits perfectly and nothing was too difficult for them - nice friendly guys too!10 out of 10 - thank you Qtank!

I needed a 25mm part to connect a short hose to my old tank and went to QTank Brendale. Barnie served me and what an incredible experience it was - friendly, professional with product knowledge I haven't experienced anyway else (especially in the irrigation shop across the road who were not interested in what I needed and didn't recommend walking across the road to QTank). It cost $4 yet Barnie explained what to do and shared so much information about tanks, fittings, water purity etc with zero sales pressure. He wasn't trying to get a sale; just making sure he knew what I had so he could work out what I needed. Unbelievable service Barnie, amazing guy.

John was very easy to deal with, very happy with the quality of the tanks and price. The only negative that I have is we didn't realise the tank was coming at 6am, by the time we realised the delivery driver was here he had just taken off and left the tank in the driveway. We had no way of moving the tank so we rang the driver, he did come back and helped us move it to the location. He wasn't very happy about it, maybe with the deliveries the office should let customers know approximately what time to expect the delivery. Otherwise would gladly recommend Q Tanks.

QTank were excellent to use, office was very helpful. Delivery was running late due to rain, and I couldn't stay to help the driver unload. Driver was fantastic and rolled the tanks all the way up the back of the property for me.

I cannot speak highly of the service provided and the quality of Q Tanks. Remotely ordered three tanks over the phone with a no problems approach from the sales team.Even the manager answers the phone. While waiting for delivery the production team kept me informed of the delivery dates. And for delivery to a difficult location, Damon is "The Man". Will be back for another 3 later in the year.
