QTank were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. They were happy to answer every question I had and talked me through the best product for my needs. I paid a great price for a 3000L slimline tank which was delivered this week with great communication from the driver. They even kept me updated on my order via SMS. Cannot fault them and I would highly recommend QTank!

Exceptional customer service and great product

Service was great, delivery was on time and the details about each tank was also clear. I did have to deal with multiple people and so there were some times where there were multiple communications for the same thing from different people in the company. All desired to provide excellent service but some better internal communication would be good. Overall excellent sales service...I have not installed the tanks yet....

We ordered 2 x 22,700L squat tanks - Thank you for a smooth process from start to finish. Zack in particular was helpful by providing a prompt quote in the beginning and then again when we went into the office to finalise everything. It was also cool to see the tanks on order being made. Only thing we wished / would suggest is that the tanks had an Australian made logo on them!

Great company to deal with. This is my second large tank and the staff have always been friendly and professional. Delivery of the tank was a breeze, Truck arrived and the tank was placed exactly where needed.

This company knows what great service is. I had a problem with access due to rain and I was expecting my 2 new tanks to be delivered and left on the footpath. Not QTank, they stored the tanks for weeks while property dried out no problem. They offered to help me roll tanks 70m when it was still too wet a few weeks later. Deliver driver happily moved tanks into place with me. Receptionist, logistics person and delivery driver were all exceptional many thanks. Good price and great service highly recommend them for a new tank.
