Great and smooth delivery. Good comm's prior to delivery. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that one of the 2 inlet screens don't fit properly into the cut-out. 3 out of 5 fixing screws have nothing to bite into as the cut-out is too big - or misaligned.

Had Q tank deliver my tank to my property prompt service, driver Alex contacted me 30 minutes out was punctual and professional bit of a tight driveway for access nothing was an issue highly recommend.

Love a man who has a good sense of humour. (The delivery man, think his name was Rod but could be wrong.) Was supposed to have 2 guys lift the tank into place. We worked it out by ourselves ( and I am a hopeless old woman) and he was so helpful. Was pleased with the beginning of this purchase, from the office wherein we spoke with a young woman who was very pleasant, right through to the delivery and would recommend purchasing from Qtank. Ordered a replacement 2000 lit tank to replace a old leaking tank. The process was easy and Barney quite helpful. Delivery was prompt and the delivery person very helpful in taking the new tank to the site.

Just want to say Q tank did an AMAZING job all round, delivery went perfect and want to say a HUGE thank you to Wati who delivered our tanks and helped us get them in the perfect position. Our block is just mud at the moment which set us back with getting a bit bogged, Wati did absolutely amazing to get the truck through the mud and was a fast thinker on how to get our tanks off and positioned exactly how we wanted them. The driver was very skilled backing the truck into position, especially considering we have a fairly deep washout on our driveway from the council crossover. He managed to get much closer to the pad than I expected.When positioning the tank, the driver and offsider made sure everyone was clear and within sight before moving and tipping it onto the pad. They took the time to adjust it into the exact position before removing the crowbar, rather than just unloading it and leaving.Very happy overall. We had the tank in place and set up ready to collect water before we even had our next good shower of rain.We’ll definitely be using them again for future tank purchases — already planning the next one, it’s just a matter of time.
