I have found dealing with Q Tank a very easy process with clear and timely instructions on what has been ordered through to the delivery of the tanks. All of the staff we have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and experienced in getting our 2 tanks around to the back of our house ready for them to be installed. This is the second time in 2 years that we have used QTank and they are still very good to deal with from my initial inquiry to the delivery. We purchased another 4 tanks for our new property. We dealt with Jessica from the initial enquiry to the end. Her phone manner was excellent and very helpful. She also showed patience as we had a bit going on at the time trying to organise everything and she was happy to go through the process with me over a few weeks. We asked for Simon to do our delivery again (if he was available) because our initial experience was fantastic with him and they managed to get him out of his heated office to come out and do the delivery this particular cold early morning.
