Was easy to order from the show room, staff were friendly and listened to what i was after. Turn around time from ordering to delivery was about 3.5 weeks. The delivery driver was very knowledgable on the best way to unload the tanks and get them into position after i had too much rain before the delivery date and the ground was too soft to get the truck into where we needed to unload the tanks. Only took the 2 of us to unload and move two 5000 gallon tanks into place. Would definitely use Qtank again and recommend them to anyone looking for water tanks.

We had to push the delivery out a few times as the concrete pad wasn't ready. Qtank and especially Jessica were very accommodating and rescheduled each time. A good company to deal with.

All of our dealings with QTank have been positive. From ordering to delivery we were kept informed on a regulat basis. Our delivery driver, Rod, was extremely friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our new tank and the wide colour choice enabled us to match our tank with our shed trim colour. If you need a new tank you will not be disappointed with a QTank tank.
