Wonderful staff to deal with. I chose a new product and was given the time frame for manufacture. Michelle took my order and outlined in detail what i would be getting. I was kept up to date. The tank was delivered on the exact date I was given. The delivery driver Waka, put it in place on the slab for me and took care to position correctly for me. My experience of purchasing a tank fom this company was a pleasure. The saleslady obviously new her product and could not have been more of a help. Everything she said would happen did and in the exact time frame. The tank is only a stand mounted 1500 litre drinking water tank, but it was delivered early am and in service before day's end. I purchased 2 x 3000 ltr tanks. The site was quite difficult but when they arrived the driver was very switched on and using the HIAB crane, lifted them into position. From initial contact with Jimmy to the seamless delivery, I cannot speak highly enough of QTanks. They are accommodating, keep you informed of progress, where you are on the delivery list and give you all information regarding the delivery down to the size of truck and trailer. This allowed us to devise an appropriate way of taking delivery and putting tank in place. Although we have a large property, it would not allow the truck through the gate. Therefore, Simon and Barry transferred the tank to our trailer and we drove to the site. Simon was excellent, had a great product knowledge and was very complimentary of the company he works for.
