I recently purchased a slimline 2500L smooth cream water tank. The deal included a Claytech C3 Jet Pump 400 watts. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. The sales staff were extremely helpful and provided all the information l required to make my decision of what to purchase. Delivery was easy and then the set up was so simple where there was no requirement to spend a lot of money on a plumber to do the install. We have been organising a tank replacement for one of our clients and were using a different supplier for the work at our clients request. We were getting increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service and poor response time as we had to work to a schedule for the sale of the property. Difficult deliveries made daily but impossible ones may take a little longer!Already owning a trouble free Q Tank, when we wanted to collect more rainwater we consulted Q Tank first because it would involve a very difficult delivery. The 12000L 3M diameter tank had to be lifted 2.5M over a fence and rolled down a steeply sloping dirt track just under 1.5M wide. Should the tank roll off the track there was nothing to stop it bouncing down our land, over the bottom fence and damaging adjoining properties.Well QT's most experieced crane truck driver inspected the site and said it could be done safely and, with some heavy ropes, a long ali extension ladder and help from three colleagues, that's just what happened!Our bill was just the standard tank and delivery charge plus $33 for an extra driver.We are just so impressedBaron & Mayumi ThompsonCashmere 2/10/2019 - 19/11/2019

Bought a 10kl tank from QTanks. The customer service, deliver and post delivery service was the best I've experienced in a very long time.I love the option for position of the tap. The quality of the parts to install are excellent. The tank had no scraps or cuts and was in excellent condition. They even provided me with the quality assurance document from the tank molding!Deliver was two weeks. Got message 2 weeks in advance of the day, about 48hrs before deliver, I got another message. Then on the day I got phone call from driver 30minutes in advance. Tank looked bigger on the truck but it matched the specified dimensions and fitted perfectly. Driver was very helpful and pleasant.The sales rep was amazing too. I don't often write reviews, but when I do it's because they are great. I got a 5000L Mid round polytank from Q Tank. And it all went very smoothly. Picked them initially because they are a Brisbane business (local tanks!) and they had one that was the biggest I could find that would fit using access under my house. It's a well made tank. The fittings it comes with are top quality. Delivery driver was a great bloke (moved from Dalby if you are able to thank him) who got it off the truck and helped me move it under the house where I installed it. The website is easy to navigate and has plenty of information so you can research and buy with confidence. The customer service was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Was a service experience not a sales pitch. Communication was perfect and we knew what was happening each step of the way. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver was awesome. He made everything look so easy getting the huge 12,000 litre tank off the truck and into place on our challenging property. The tank itself is extremely well made and very good quality. Product service was good however pressed tap fitting leaks. After first fill which was a little while after delivery, tank leaked around upper tap brass fitting due to poor seal between brass fitting & polymer wall. It is only a slow leak that I eventually sealed with many layers of silicone but tanks shouldn't leak from new. - 19/09/2020
