There were so many options when we recently came to purchase a water tank. After doing some research we decided on research we decided to go with Q Tank. Their pricing was reasonable and we were comfortable in dealing with a company that had been producing quality tanks for a long time. The order process and delivery went all according the plan with top notch communication along the way. Upon delivery we were given Quality Assurance documents for each tank showing our tanks were made well in excess of the minimum thicknesses. I would highly recommend Q Tank to anyone considering a new water tank!

Great website with all info available. Very helpful staff placing order. We were kept up to date with delivery detail. Driver Ray was brilliant. Called us before arriving and went out of his way to get tank in the right spot for us. Top bloke. Quality of tank looks spot on.Overall very good experience from start to finish.

QTank were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. They were happy to answer every question I had and talked me through the best product for my needs. I paid a great price for a 3000L slimline tank which was delivered this week with great communication from the driver. They even kept me updated on my order via SMS. Cannot fault them and I would highly recommend QTank!

Service was great, delivery was on time and the details about each tank was also clear. I did have to deal with multiple people and so there were some times where there were multiple communications for the same thing from different people in the company. All desired to provide excellent service but some better internal communication would be good. Overall excellent sales service...I have not installed the tanks yet....
