From the moment I sent a request to QTank the service and communication has been exceptional. QTank were initially very helpful. When unavoidable complications arose the day before delivery, I found them inflexible and unwilling to postpone the delivery date. When the tank was then delivered, the arrangements we had made were out the window, and it felt like it was now get-it-off-the-truck-and-get-outta-here. We had arranged to be the last delivery and the tank was to be on the truck, not the trailer, for access to the site. When they arrived, we were the first delivery and the tank was on the trailer, which meant access to the as-planned drop zone was absolutely impossible. We got a large QTank (& a small one) on the 18th January. Very pleased with the tanks. The delivery was very well handled by the driver Michael. He was early but called ahead to advise of this. We had thought we would need to roll the tanks in from the gate, but he managed to squeeze the truck through the gate, then position it and drop the large tank directly on the prepared pad, which I was not expecting at all. From initial contact with Jimmy to the seamless delivery, I cannot speak highly enough of QTanks. They are accommodating, keep you informed of progress, where you are on the delivery list and give you all information regarding the delivery down to the size of truck and trailer. This allowed us to devise an appropriate way of taking delivery and putting tank in place. Although we have a large property, it would not allow the truck through the gate. Therefore, Simon and Barry transferred the tank to our trailer and we drove to the site. Simon was excellent, had a great product knowledge and was very complimentary of the company he works for. I was very impressed as this is not common these days. We have bought other tanks in the past but from now on, will only deal with Qtanks. Process with Qtanks was reasonably straightforward, although initially I was told by office staff that tank couldn’t be delivered to Bauple as it was outside delivery area - but it’s not! Then when tank was delivered, it was left in the middle of the garden instead of on the prepared pad due to heavy rains, and truck unable to get to pad area - really useful, not, with tank being 500kgs... still not sure how we now move the tank from the garden to the pad... and on top of that, office staff insist they sent notification text of delivery time a few days prior to delivery - but it was never received... All in all, prices were good, but service was questionable 🙁 - 11/14/2022

My experience of purchasing a tank fom this company was a pleasure. The saleslady obviously new her product and could not have been more of a help. Everything she said would happen did and in the exact time frame. The delivery driver was professional and made sure the tank was placed where i needed it and i think he would have installed it if i had the pad ready ! A real bonus is the tap half way up the tank, saves turning on the pump when all you want to do is fill the wateting can. Ordered our QTank 30/11/21. Delivery was 12/1/22. The site was prepared, and Simon, the delivery man placed the tank right where it was to go. Luckily we had another tradesman here who was able to help Simon from the front gate to the site. It is quite a long haul.
