QTank were initially very helpful. When unavoidable complications arose the day before delivery, I found them inflexible and unwilling to postpone the delivery date. When the tank was then delivered, the arrangements we had made were out the window, and it felt like it was now get-it-off-the-truck-and-get-outta-here. We had arranged to be the last delivery and the tank was to be on the truck, not the trailer, for access to the site. When they arrived, we were the first delivery and the tank was on the trailer, which meant access to the as-planned drop zone was absolutely impossible. My experience of purchasing a tank fom this company was a pleasure. The saleslady obviously new her product and could not have been more of a help. Everything she said would happen did and in the exact time frame. The delivery driver was professional and made sure the tank was placed where i needed it and i think he would have installed it if i had the pad ready ! A real bonus is the tap half way up the tank, saves turning on the pump when all you want to do is fill the wateting can. Process with Qtanks was reasonably straightforward, although initially I was told by office staff that tank couldn’t be delivered to Bauple as it was outside delivery area - but it’s not! Then when tank was delivered, it was left in the middle of the garden instead of on the prepared pad due to heavy rains, and truck unable to get to pad area - really useful, not, with tank being 500kgs... still not sure how we now move the tank from the garden to the pad... and on top of that, office staff insist they sent notification text of delivery time a few days prior to delivery - but it was never received... All in all, prices were good, but service was questionable 🙁 - 11/14/2022
