Qtank recently came out to inspect an issue with our tank, and although it turned out to be something else, they were incredibly thorough throughout the process. Special thanks to Matthew, who was friendly, prompt, and very professional. The team was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish, and the tanks themselves are excellent quality. Highly recommend Qtank for both their products and customer service.

EXCELLENT service, communication and products from Q Tank. Very impressed with Yorke and the delivery driver who was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't get the pad concreted in time due to the weather (of course it rained prior to their delivery!!) All is well and now in place. We couldn't recommend Q Tank highly enough. Seamless from start to finish. Original comms was great, excellent level of information gathered and shared before completing purchase. The expertise didn't stop there, the delivery driver Damon was a pro, backing up a steep driveway with tanks on the back...legend. Quality of tank is awesome.

Great service, prompt delivery that fit in with our availability, and had all the necessary parts, the tank was colour coded and we had communication about where we needed the overflow and ball valve located to fit in with our existing tanks and piping. Had a small issue and sent an email to have it fixed, the part was sent directly with no further questions. Definitely recommend QTank.

We had 6 tanks delivered from Q tanks today. The delivery was seamless, Damon rang us when he said he would and arrived within the time we expected them. Damon & Elijah managed to manoeuvre our tanks exactly where we wanted them with the best precision trailer backing I’ve ever seen! Absolutely delightful experience, thanks so much guys.

Found QTank with a Google Search, filled out the enquiry form, and Immediately received an Email from Jessica, extremely helpful. I rang and spoke to Barney, extremely helpful. I put in the order and paid, I then had a phone call from Michelle, again extremely helpful. I got an Email informing me of the delivery date, and to finalise the positioning of the Outlet, Tap and Overflow 2 days prior to delivery. Rang and finalised those details to my, and QTanks satisfaction... Delivery day, Damon rings and tells me he is 15 minutes away, arriving on the dot! Very cheerful man was Damon, helped me withe positioning, explained the plumbing and where all the accessories were to GO..... I WILL thoroughly recommend QTanks for their total commitment to their product!

My experience with Qtank was awesome! We had another tank on order through another company which promised 3 week delivery time and that was not the case. We had a deadline to get a tank to our property, so I called Qtank. This was on the Wednesday. They had a 10,000L monument tank in stock and it was delivered on that Friday, to our property and placed on our pad without us even being there. Customer service was exceptional and so was the communication from their driver/delivery team. Would highly recommend Qtank and will certainly use them again when we need more tanks (which we will) in the future. Great job! Can't fault them.

Fantastic after service! Dean was fabulous with handling our concerns and organising someone to come out and investigate. And then Jack was brilliant with fixing our collapsed tank which was impacted by our deceitfully dodgy builder’s plumber having installed incorrectly. Jack got the job done, gave some helpful hints on what else we could do, and all with a very friendly, helpful attitude. Very much appreciated Dean & Jack! Job well done everyone. How refreshing to experience awesome customer service, what an amazing team from Q Tanks. From my first phone call with Jessica who was understanding how I wasn't sure of the size and was so helpful and so very patient. The day arrived for the delivery of the tank and we were under the pump to get the old tank moved, the driver Damon arrived and without hesitation he jumped in and helped us, he made our day so much easier. We popped into the team at QTank looking to purchase a tank for our new shed and the service we received from the ordering process including colour selection to match our shed as well as being shown how the tanks were made, through to the communication prior and post delivery , not forgetting the driver putting the tank exactly where we wanted it has be nothing short of brilliant.
