Wonderful staff to deal with. I chose a new product and was given the time frame for manufacture. Michelle took my order and outlined in detail what i would be getting. I was kept up to date. The tank was delivered on the exact date I was given. The delivery driver Waka, put it in place on the slab for me and took care to position correctly for me. From initial contact with Jimmy to the seamless delivery, I cannot speak highly enough of QTanks. They are accommodating, keep you informed of progress, where you are on the delivery list and give you all information regarding the delivery down to the size of truck and trailer. Service was poor advised one thing went in to order next and Lead time blew out and so did price. Extremely poor when I was told quote and Lead time were valid for a week. Got my tank cheaper and without attitude from rain again tanks in Bundaberg. In regards to under, it is correct and have the correct company.
